Love this place...took my puppy Charlie in to get her nails trimmed after a long wait due to covid and the staff is just awesome!!!

Great experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I was there for a puppy harness and whatever else I could find for my puppy. The staff member that helped me was always available to explain items and answer my foolish questions. I like Global and will return. Thank you!

The owner Karla here is amazing. She cares about customers and her staff. It was reflected today when I showed up to pick up some dog food and her staff member Alex was so kind and professional. This is the only place I will go to get any pet supplies from now on.

The store is well stocked, but too many items, specialty of none. Reminds of a mom and pop shop. They have friendly staff, but you must except their speed of service. Upon checkout, the cashier scanned a mistaken price, had to clarify the override for .50 cents. Checked my receipt of 3 items in my parked car and noticed an item was scanned twice. I had to go back in, get a refund.
I really only went there for only to refresh my Aeroplan miles, I won't be rushing back.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Merchandising is done very well, and they have everything I need for my cat and dog. My fur babies are happy! Duende is enjoying his new pickle toy already.
