They explained what they were doing, they took extra steps to make sure they covered all possible causes for the noise in our dryer, and they went the extra step to order a new part and come back to install it. Overall it was a positive experience!

I received a message 10 minutes prior to Conan's arrival. They came on time. Both Conan and his friend are professional, helpful, comprehensive and polite. They provide a satisfactory service, which I appreciated very much. Now, the range is fully functional. They also gave me a lot of tips about operating this range. I definitely recommend their service. -

(February 20, 2021, 9:45 pm)The best appliances service in Canada that I have ever experienced. Customer service are quick to answer and response. Stuffs are highly trained and professional. They keep their suits clean and tidy unlike most of the other companies and they take care of your home environment.
My service providers came to me during the long weekend which I'm surprised, and they wiped my oven at the end of service, which shows their tension to details. I'm pretty sure that you would be happy with their services too!
