Alex from Carleton Clean Air actually picked up his phone when I called, was responsive, and provided a suite of recommendations to fix our HVAC issues with no pressure. Alex was honest with his pricing and we believe we got great value for what we spent. The team was in and out quickly, tested everything rigorously and most importantly were clean and didn't leave a mess for me to clean up. A highly recommend CCAT for your HVAC needs!

He also provided all the different AC options and locations to put the unit. Excellent service and timely response from Alex and his team. Would highly recommend to anyone!

We were guided through selecting the right AC (which can get confusing) for our home and needs. The AC is quiet and cools our home perfectly. Working with Carleton Clean Air was a breeze, knowledgeable and professional staff gave us peace of mind that the job would get done right and on time.
I would recommend them to anyone I know who needs HVAC services. -

(June 17, 2019, 11:52 pm)When our gas fireplace stopped working in the winter we contacted Alex and his team at Carleton Clean Air. He showed up within the hour to check out the situation. Fearing that it was a serious issue and that we may have to replace the unit but I was shocked when Alex told me that nothing needed to be replaced. He just had to service the unit and it was working as good as new. Since our house is baseboard heating throughout we rely on the gas fireplace for continuous heat to maintain the lower half of the house. We were impressed by his knowledge and how professional he was! We would recommend Alex and his team to anyone.

He gave us 3 options. We decided to pay a bit more to get the most economic and quiet unit. We love the fact that we can't hear the unit and how quickly it cools the house. It's always stressful picking the right company to do the job and working with Alex and his team was a very pleasant experience.
