(October 31, 2019, 4:41 pm)They have some beautiful model houses at the Blackstone location both with standard and upgraded designs. And Dale is an amazing salesperson to deal with she is very warm and prompt in answering all your questions. Overall we had a good experience dealing with Dale.

The moment we decided to buy a house, the builder become one of the best choices we had because of its very good reputation and excellently built homes. We have been looking for the right home for our family for almost two years but as soon as we saw Cardel’s postings for one of their beautiful model homes, we didn’t waste time to decide. We really loved this marvellous property.
Above all, the excellent customer service experience we had from Betsy Leeks and her wonderful colleagues was astonishing. They were very helpful from the get-go. Thank you very much, Betsy and team.
We haven’t received this beauty yet as the closing date is in June. We are more than happy to come back and share our experience with Cardel once we moved-in.
