(February 1, 2019, 6:01 pm)I’ve been really really happy with my doctor (Dr.Chapman) my only complaint about this clinic would be the lack of answering phone calls and being sent to voicemail. But I will say they always have called me back in a timely manner after leaving a voicemail.

(September 28, 2018, 7:01 pm)Ive been a patient here for over 20 years. Unfortunately my doctor retired. The new doctors are great though. The receptionists however, are HORRIBLE. They are rude arogant and grumpy, never answer the phone or return messages. Worst front end staff I have ever experienced. Would also be nice if they offered appointment reminders like pretty much every other doctors office out there. Common, It's 2018! Get with it!
You better be on the ball with your appoitments and medical files because they sure aren't.
