However, she explained how she was able to get us top dollar for our home, and she proved that by selling our home for higher than what we expected, and higher than listing price with multiple competing offers. The whole process was smooth and communication was efficient and made our decision worthy. I recommend Alison to both buyers and sellers in the real estate market, and I'm sure I'll use her again in the future.
