Really quaint spot to get work done, read a book, or read the paper.
In my experience the staff is always friendly and good at what they do.

best place for coffee in Ottawa. they have a variety of drinks and the food compare to other big chains is very good. I had the Blueberry overnight oats smoothie it was so good i almost bought a second one !

Location was good, lots of comfortable seating. Chicken burrito wrap was good, but vanilla iced coffee was bitter, did not really taste like vanilla. My friend got a vanilla latte and felt the exact same about her latte. Staff were ok, but got defensive when I asked for more vanilla and said it didn't really taste like vanilla.
