Ottawa Personal Trainer may not be the cheapest option on the market but you get what you pay for. I feel like I am getting my money's worth and certainly seeing the results. I am very pleased with my PT.

Best PT experience so far. My trainer is fantastic. She has been helping me with my fitness and I have enjoyed every session with her. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for results.
