  Emily's approach is person-centered, non-judgemental and is focused on helping people make the nutritional changes that feel right to them. As a health care professional, I have seen numerous clients access this program and talk highly about the professionalism, and the human side of the guidance Emily provided them with. They left with practical strategies that allowed them to not only make changes that could work for them and their lifestyle, they also were able to maintain them. They were involved in the process, seen as experts of themselves and what is feasible for them and what isn't. Grounded Nutrition is all about giving people tools that can work for them. It's not about a quick fix - it's all about changing their relationship with food and focusing on what motivates them to make healthy food choices.

  Emily Fitzgerald has been providing me with nutritional guidance throughout my cancer diagnosis and ongoing treatment. Her advice and recommendations through our one on one
  Nutrition coaching program became the solid foundation towards gaining back the 70lbs that I had lost at the start of treatment. Emily has always been punctual and well prepared for all of my appointment and always goes the extra mile to follow up to see how I am doing. I would highly recommend Emily and the nutrition coaching program to anyone who is in need. Also, ask for the “power bar” recipe

  Emily Fitzgerald is the absolute best! She is an extremely knowledgable and professional nutrition coach. Her welcoming spirit makes you feel comfortable and supported throughout your personal journey. Emily has been supporting my husband and I over the last year. With Emily's guidance and advice, we have succeeded every nutritional obstacle we have faced.

  Since beginning to take Gleevec which caused excessive fatigue, Emily Fitzgerald provided me with excellent dietary advice which helped me deal with fatigue. Any questions in between appointments with her I had, she patiently answered. My wife and I went to a meal planning seminar hosted by Emily and she provided excellent advice for both of us, a lot we still utilize presently. I would recommend these services to anyone. Top Notch
