(February 18, 2019, 2:32 pm)This is a nice looking retirement residence. However, over the years it has changed from private ownership (which was very good) to various corporations and is now Revera. Since Revera has taken over, things have gone down hill. Attention to detail is lacking, concerns/comments from residents not really heard/actioned on, fewer amenities offered than previously, and staff had been cut back exactly when the new minimum wage went up. Dining room service is slow and food quality and variety is so so.Speaking with management doesn't seem to do much either!
