(December 21, 2018, 8:14 pm)My recent purchase of a 2019 Jeep Cherokee was with out a doubt the best new car purchase experience that I have had. All questions that I asked were answered factually and there were no pressure tactics forcing me to make a deal.
The sales person Sean Norman was knowledgeable and extremely helpful during the process. Thee was no back and forth between the sales person and the sales manager - just and agreement to a fair offer and no up sell.
The service staff were great and the Parts Manager gave very good advice regarding tire pressure sensors with the snow tire package.
A very pleasant experience and a great new Jeep. -

After going to other dealerships and not being offered basic customer service or assistance in buying a new van, Sean and the team at Barrhaven Chrysler went above and beyond. They took the time to understand our needs and got us a great deal on a brand new van. We will definitely be back to this location to get our next car and recommend them to anyone we know looking for a new car.

Went to meet with a salesman(Sean Norman) and felt no pressure whatsoever into buying the truck. He was very nice and calm answering all of my questions with ease. I bought the truck the same day I called to test drive, because of the deal I couldn’t miss out on. Best experience with a dealership ever! Recommending to everyone to come check this one out!
