She has managed to help our preschool daughter love her bedtime routine and sleep peacefully without any night time wakings. A huge change from having her wake up multiple times a night, to ending up in our bed, with a huge struggle to get her to her own bed.
With Diane's guidance and plan we were able to transition her to sleep in her own bed, in her own room and enjoy restful sleep all night.
We've noticed just how much more happier our little girl is, as well as, how rested we feel too.
We cannot thank Diane enough for her support and expertise. Highly recommend Sound of Sleep for anyone seeking a restful night's sleep. -

(September 11, 2018, 5:24 pm)Diane is absolutely wonderful to work with. She is a great support for parents as they navigate teaching their child to sleep. At night, my husband and I were around to spell each other off as our little one went through the training. During the day, I was on my own for naps .And MAN, did my little one fight hard! I would have given up if it weren't for Diane's support and encouragement. You can't get that from a book. I only regret not calling Diane sooner!

(June 2, 2017, 12:24 am)Diane provided our family with the much needed sleep we were lacking. With a third child on the way, we needed something to get our 2 year old into a good sleep routine. Within just a few days he was sleeping through the night and by himself. Diane supported us, and gave us an excellent and detailed sleep plan that worked!
