(August 29, 2020, 3:45 pm)I had an issue with a ride on vehicle I bought online during covid shut down. I called customer service who told me I had to deal with the manufacturer. I then called this store location who were so helpful & got manager approval for a return & refund, if I chose, over the phone!
So helpful & no hassle when I arrived at the store, really great customer service & I thanked them for this! -

(March 19, 2020, 4:24 pm)I would highly recommend shopping at this location and recognize all the staff we have dealt with are excellent, especially Laura and Jennifer. We are going to be new parents this coming spring and went to babies r us to make a registry. We both had many questions, We were fortune to have Laura assist us while we completed our registry. Laura was very knowledgeable about the large selection of products this store has to offer. With the help from Laura this made our visit informative and efficient. Jennifer is one of the store managers and assisted us in finding the last play pen they had in stock which is never an easy task.

(November 17, 2019, 1:49 am)Great customer service! The place is like heaven for kids with the variety of toys. It is also great for nostalgic adults/parents! Nice to see smiling employees who are willing to help all the time. It is the only store I ever walked into that made me want to shop at it instead of using amazon.
Dakoda is really nice and his fellow employees are as well. The hiring team is doing a great job! -
