(July 15, 2019, 7:11 am)Dan Poirier and his team are exceptional in every regard! OttawaPRO was prompt, extremely professional, meticulous and hard-working. We`ve had some experience with several prominent Ottawa landscape companies for jobs at our house in the past, only to be disappointed by exorbitant quotes, slow response times or poor workmanship. Dan was a refreshing change - the way he operates is admirable, and establishes a new benchmark for the industry in our humble opinon. We will only look to him in the future, and we recommend him wholeheartedly to others looking for uncompromising work, done in a timely manner.
As an aside, a few days after our work was completed, we had a district-wide power outage occur. We have young children, and Dan actually called us to offer a generator - even dropped it off at 5am personally! Thank you Dan, for your kindness and for going that extra mile - you and your company will go far! -

I hired Dan and his team to replace some retaining walls and install interlock on my walkway. From day one, I was impressed with Dan's professionalism and commitment to quality. Dan communicates well and is extremely accessible.
Dan involved me in the design process, but took the lead in suggesting a plan that would work well with the style of my home and garden. He clearly has a good sense for design.
The team experienced some complications (a cave-in while replacing an existing retaining wall) which they dealt with immediately, at no extra cost to me.
The job was completed on time and on budget.
The final result is beautiful and I have had many compliments from friends and neighbours. I couldn't be happier! -

(July 10, 2015, 10:36 pm)Let me start by expressing what a complete pleasure it was to work with Ottawa Pro Landscape. Our experience began with a very intuitive home consultation. Followed by multiple follow up reviews and alterations. Ultimately, we relied on the experience and creativity of the company's landscapers for our design.
Once the work began, I fully expected to have to keep a close eye on the installers. Micromanaging the project to a level that would make me comfortable with the eventual outcome. I can honestly say that...all I did was admire their work at the end of each day.
You will not find a team with a higher level of friendliness and professionalism. I wholeheartedly recommend Ottawa Pro Landscape. You will be very happy you made the call.
