Can’t say enough about the great service we received from the Jameel Lalji Insurance Agency.

We realized our insurance had come due. To make matters worse…we discovered this on a Friday night.

The next day I tried contacting several brokers (our former broker included). Finding an insurance broker in Ottawa, open on a Saturday, proved to be a daunting task. Finding one willing to help us…worse.

Finally, I got ahold of Taylor, at Jameel Lalji Insurance Agency. What a breath of fresh air. She was more than willing to explore ways to resolve the situation. It involved quite a bit of time and effort on her part. It also involved her staying much later than she was scheduled to work that day. In the end, she was able to assure us that we were covered. Through it all she remained friendly, understanding and supportive.

We are in the process of moving all of our insurance coverage over to Jameel Lalji Insurance Agency.
