  I called in because my daughter had an eye infection and they booked her an appointment asap. The staff is absolutely fantastic and really hit it off with my daughter making her feel cared for and comfortable. The doctor himself was great with her and took the time to really listen and answer our questions. By far the best customer experience I've had! I would recommend this place highly to everyone especially if you have a nervous child. Thank you to all staff for taking such great care of us!

  I am so impressed with Eyes of Barrhaven. Their customer service is second to none. We are new to the area and I am so happy to have found such a great optometrist. I will be a loyal customer.

  They were so great with my kids here we had an awesome experience. They're very friendly and helpful, with an awesome selection of frames at great prices. If you're using insurance they will put it through right away for you. There's really no going wrong with this choice and they will be my family's new go-to for exams and frames.

  The best service I've had when it comes to eyewear hands down. Cindy was helpful, honest and there were no hidden costs. They do direct billing to insurance companies which was also a bonus! 10/10!!

  I'll start by saying this: I love Costco. A lot. I (used) to go there over the last 10 years for all of my eyeglasses needs. Those days have come to an end. Eyes of Barrhaven gave me an AMAZING deal which easily beat Costco on the exact pair of frames and lenses I was looking for. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and the service is either just as fast if not FASTER than Costco. I will continue to visit Eyes of Barrhaven for all of my glasses needs.
