  I had a GREAT experience at Vitality Physiotherapy. Mina is a very caring and professional physiotherapist and worked with me as such with great success to help me get strong and feeling comfortable with getting back to the gym and sports. Courtney and Ryan helped me every visit to support and guide me through the exercises that supplemented Mina’s work. As a team they helped me progress to a point where I am comfortable to move on to workout on my own with confidence and always have a place to come if I need any help in the future. Cheerful welcomes and greetings from Trish and the entire staff at Vitality Physiotherapy made my visits that much more enjoyable. I would recommend Vitality Physiotherapy to anyone and everyone.

  The Vitality Physiotherapy and Wellness Centre is different from the many other physio clinics I have been to. They have separate treatment rooms and a gym. The space is clean and modern.
  I have suffered from lower body mobility issues for years and they have got worse as I age. My doctor advised me to see a physiotherapist and this clinic was recommended.
  Andrew has been treating me for some weeks and this has resulted in much improvement. He is very professional and knowledgeable. This combined with his diagnostic and manipulative skills makes him a superior physiotherapist.
  Another big plus is instead of sending you home with a list of exercises to do, Andrew will hand you over to either Courtney or Ryan, both are excellent professional trainers, who will coach you through the prescribed exercises.
  Trish, the office manager, Andrew, Courtney and Ryan are all friendly and will help you in any way they can.

  Totally grateful to Janice for her expertise in massage therapy. She is hugely pleasant and professional but above all, she is extremely talented! I feel so much better between work-outs! Her techniques are cutting edge; her knowledge in the science behind the techniques is truly impressive. And she is just simply a very nice person. I honestly have never had a better RMT, ever. And Vitality is very lucky to have Trish on their team as well - super helpful in scheduling, so nice, a real professional. I really look forward to the welcoming ambiance created by the high quality staff at Vitality.

  Such great energy at Vitality! The staff is so kind and welcoming. It's hard to find a good massage therapist, but Janice is one that you want to keep coming back to! She's so professional, and very specific in her treatment -- she explains what she's doing and why. She also has unique techniques (her scalp/face massage is amazing!) that leave me feeling relaxed from head to toe. I feel so refreshed after yesterday's massage and can't wait to get back in the gym!

  Vitality Physiotherapy was great! From the warm and welcoming Lady behind the desk to the physiotherapist Andrew and everyone in between who was involved, were awesome. These people actually care. They take the time to explain what’s happening and clarify any questions you may have. Very professional and knowledgeable. Overall extremely pleased and would definitely recommend to anyone and if needed go back for sure! Thanks so much :)
