  We went in to put our dog down... EVERYONE on staff that day were AMAZING. They were very comforting. They took us into a room right away, very delicately have us our information, and gave us as much time as we needed before (with our pooch), during, and after. It was a really sad day for us, but the staff helped us get through it.

  Have been to this clinic multiple times for various pet emergencies over the years but my experience last night was just too amazing not to leave some comments.
  
  The prices are very reasonable compared to the other east end emergency option, keeping in mind that any emergency service is a specialized type of care, and I find the service is far superior. They treat my pets with great care and empathy and myself as an owner with a respectful and compassionate manner.
  
  Last night I came in to this clinic after already having spent over 3 hours at the clinic on Lola without any action taken to provide services for my pet and as a result I was extremely frustrated and upset when I arrived after that experience. The front end staff were amazing and completely understood how I was feeling, the tech was great as well. Dr O'Ree treated my dogs neck laceration efficiently and we were out the door heading home in less time than I had been left waiting at the clinic on Lola even with the surgery time.
  
  A big shout out and thank you to the staff here for all of their help! Our family really appreciates it and Buddy is recovering well so far:)

  Are they expensive? Yes. Is it worth it for the peace of mind I have leaving my pet in their care? You bet.
  
  Dr Bruce is that kind of Vet that makes you feel confident. He is very direct, and doesn't mince words. He even used his own dog to illustrate the surgical procedure our dog needed.

  Dr. Andrew Lowe has been outstanding since day 1. He always makes himself available for anything I need. Being a new puppy Mommy, it can be scary at times not knowing what to do. I can’t say enough positive things about Dr. Lowe and this hospital. I’ve been to many vets and no one has been so kind and helpful.
