As a person, Cathy is very welcoming and right away you will feel at ease with her, the salon is clean and caters to both men and women services. I showed Cathy a picture of the layered cut I'm looking for and she was able to replicate the same, making my hair more voluminous and the layers flowing nicely. The pricing is more competitive than I would have paid elsewhere with a dissatisfied outcome. Cathy also keeps a log of her customer's preferences, which is an added detail I've never experienced anywhere else. I definitely recommend her and will be going back regularly.
