(May 18, 2019, 11:41 pm)We are extremely happy with our new platform lift provided by Silver Cross. Our rep was very knowledgeable and helped us identify the right solution for the space we had. They recommended a contractor who rebuilt our stairs and a new platform for the lift that is very solid and the lift installer was great! Overall we've had a wonderful experience with Silver Cross.

After comparing 4 different companies, they offered the best device for the best deal and we were never disappointed with the timeliness and service provided for the install and support provided primarily by Shawna Croteau. I strongly recommend Silver Cross.

We got a walker on loan until she was well enough to choose an appropriate model for her. When we arrived on site, the therapist was there to suggest a model fitted to her needs and to show how to best use the walker. The whole process was seamless and productive. Many thanks! Roger

(February 17, 2019, 4:07 pm)We love our newly adapted vehicle! The conversion to make it wheelchair accessible makes our lives so much easier! Our salesperson, Teresa, was amazing and great to work with. She is very knowledgeable and went above and beyond guiding us through the entire process from beginning to end. Any questions we had were always answered in a professional and timely fashion. The delivery was smooth and we couldn't be happier with the result. She was excellent at teaching me all the functions, and had me do everything to be sure I knew how.
With our newly adapted van, we now can take our son to his many appointments effortlessly. Thank you so much Teresa and Silver Cross for your wonderful work!
