The wait time can be a little long sometimes (40 mins), but I've been seeing Dr.Boktor for 4 years and he is one of the most caring and patient doctors you can have! He'll do his best to help out. I've also had good experiences with the nurses.
My son attends this clinic. The physicanas are great. Detail oriented and compassionate and professional. It is too bad they do not offer an online system for booking appointments. I do not have a desk job and I am not able to access a phone until breaks. I find the online system used by Greenbelt Family Health Team offers alot of privacy and accessibility.
