  The branch staff is super helpful and very welcoming. Yishi is a great advisor and has responded to my calls and requests in the best way, and I’m happy I chose them as my main branch.

  Everytime that I come here there's always some kind of delay usually due to the teller not having enough experience which is all good with me because you have to start somewhere but I wish they had more basic training.
  
  All things aside, this is a really nice branch with nice staff

  One of the best branch of RBC !!! Everyone here are really friendly and actually care about us . The branch is fairly new and is very digital with all the new gadgets ... Staff here are very caring and friendly looking out for the clients always. Thanks for the great jobs you guys doing

  Friendly staff, they often have cupcakes, cake, cookies and other delicious treats for their customers. They host meet and greets for business owners. I used them for both my business and personal account and would recommend RBC to anyone. Only negative thing is RBC messed up on my once a year mortgage principle payment and processed it too late so I essentially missed out on a year of payment, I tried to call and they are pretty much useless and cannot fix this even after an investigation but this issue has nothing to do with this branch.
