I had an amazing experience with Mirissa. She is the one that made my car buying experience worth it. She went out of her way to make sure I was happy. And when I expressed a little doubt she pulled some strings and turned the doubt into joy. If it was not for her I do believe I would not have purchased a car. She made it personal and I will always remember her for making my first car experience worth it.

What a great experience I had with returning a leased Hyundai. I had the positive pleasure and experience of dealing with Frank Gamache. I'm looking for a new car and went to Pathway Hyundai. My sales rep was Marisa Titus and she was fabulous. She was knowledgeable and answered my many questions as we explored my options. She was very respectful of my methods and understood the need to research this big purchase. When the model I wanted wasn't ready for a test drive, we test drove a different trim level and she arranged for a test drive of the desired model the following night. If you're looking for a helpful sales rep who makes you feel comfortable during the process, she's the one!

Recommend 100%. All staff were very patient with myself and my husband, even when we called at closing time on Saturday. Frank (financing) still spent the time. Keith general manager also went out of is way to make us feel comfortable with our decision. Marisa Titus 5 stars all the way, she contacted me on her day off to ensure we got what we wanted. Sent me pictures of what car I was getting. I will highly recommend Pathway Hyundai.

This is my second vehicle purchased from Pathway and once again I feel like I was welcomed and treated with respect by all of the associates I had dealings with. As a part of the LGBTQ community it was great to see an associate from our community represented there and made our experience that much more comfortable.
