  David was extremely helpful during my time of grief. My Mother’s passing was anticipated, just not as soon as it was, and I did not havetime to make any previous arrangements and was very confused about where and how to begin. I live in Montreal and my Mother resided Iin Ottawa, so logistically it was a bit of a challenge. David was completely available at my convenience and had no problem meeting me on Saturday morning to make the arrangements and then the following Saturday to finalize the paperwork and retrieve her remains. Some how he managed to take me through the whole process with less anxiety than I had anticipated. He was very caring, understanding and patient, and in no way like the technical sales oriented people I had dealt with at the bigger funeral homes.
  When we loose a loved one, we should not have the added stress and expense of people actually trying to up sell their services or falsely advise you.
  David is completely transparent and respects your wishes. Total honesty and carding individual.

  David was a pleasure to work with. He was very professional, made things as easy as possible for me and his price is the best in the city. I called several locations and David’s price could not be beat. He doesn’t try to upsale, which was nice. I will be using Ottawa cremation services again in the future and will be recommending his services to friends and family.
