(May 24, 2019, 5:12 pm)Excellent service! I was in Ottawa on Victoria day long-weekend trip, hit a pillar and broke my driver's side-view mirror completely. I was stranded far from home and just needed to get back to TO. I called up couple of body shops and Paul @ Maaco was able to give me the most reassuring answer. I took my car in and he tried his level best to get the replacement mirror as soon as possible. He was very honest and I could tell he wasn't charging me extra. After the fix, I went back and the price didn't change a bit from the estimate. Not only that, he also buffed up the minor scratches on the side of the door where the pillar hit as a courtesy. All in all, he really went above and beyond. Highly recommend this Maaco location and definitely speak to Paul. If I lived in Ottawa, I definitely would've made it my body shop.
