(April 1, 2018, 12:14 am)I'm not a contractor or involve in construction but i needed some concrete anchor to secure a work surface to the ground in a workshop. I came across a very friendly sale rep driving a red Hilti pick-up and he was genuinely motivated to help. He told me to go at the Ottawa store and they would be aple to help. I did just that and was impress by the store. Of course they are more focus on the business to business but when you see great customer service on a very small scale sale it show the level of dedication they commit to... very impress
