(May 4, 2019, 2:24 am)Good Life is the gym on every corner of Ottawa and provides a great service. Each location has their own pros and cons and overall the gyms are great but some need more maintenance and care on their machines over time.

(September 17, 2018, 4:33 pm)Amazing atmosphere, amazing classes with amazing teachers! The personal trainers are great here too! Everything you need for fitness and relaxation is here. I like that it is women's only so I feel safe and not judged. Even as a person coming back to the gym after 6 years away and needing to start feom scratch I didnt feel anything but encouraged and supported. They truly care about you and your goals. 3 years later and I am still going because of that.

(September 9, 2018, 8:30 pm)I love the design since the rebuild, much more room and well organized compared to what it used to be. Staff seem happy to help you. Washrooms are clean and entire facility is handicap accessible.
