I wanted to express my gratitude and deep appreciation to Lise Hamilton-Carriere and her superb organization Food Wise. I know first hand how difficult weight loss can be. I start with good intentions but to maintain that desire can be daunting without proper knowledge and support. I am the recipient of both and so much more.
