Food Wise Weight Loss

I wanted to express my gratitude and deep appreciation to Lise Hamilton-Carriere and her superb organization Food Wise. I know first hand how difficult weight loss can be. I start with good intentions but to maintain that desire can be daunting without proper knowledge and support. I am the recipient of both and so much more. With my coaches guidance I have lost over 80 lbs in less than 5 months and I am maintaining my new life style without to much difficulty and I reached this goal through Christmas and Easter...WOW!
