  Great value. Awesome, friendly and quick service (repairs etc). Parking spaces are a little tight though.

  We moved in to our townhouse during the month of January. As I have reviewed on the management account of CLV, the staff and service was excellent. I wanted to take the time to write a review on Elmridge Gardens itself because the service has really exceeded our expectations.
  
  Our water tank cracked late at night. We called the emergency number, they answered immediately and took down our information. They told us to expect a call back from the property manager. At this point it was almost 10pm, we didn’t think we would get a call until morning. However, we were pleasantly surprised when Sean, the property manager, called us back within two minutes of our call to the emergency line. He gave us instructions and early the next morning we had our old water tank removed and it was replaced with a brand new one. In less than 24 hours, our issue was resolved with no headaches.
  
  We also had issues with our dryer as well as the backyard step which needed to be repaired. Despite the fact that CLV group staff members were busy with more urgent requests, they made the time to fix ours as well. Units will eventually need maintenance and repairs, what is important is that the customer service is excellent meaning that your unit will be taken care of in a timely manner. Kyle is such a great handyman, he repairs things properly so they don’t need to be redone later. It is wonderful to have such hardworking staff.
  
  I would also like to send a special thank you to Benjamin, who continuously ensured excellent service throughout the time we needed our repairs. Besides his quick and efficient responses, he keeps his word. When we moved, we got a parking spot that was far from our unit, he informed us that if another spot closer to our unit was available he would let us know. Without any reminders from our part, two months later, we received an email in regards to a new spot. We were happily surprised.
  
  We are happy and fortunate to have had the opportunity to rent with CLV group.

  CLV Group has been very welcoming and friendly with me and my husband. We absolutely love the townhouse we recently moved in to - renovated, spacious, and surrounded by a lot of grass and sidewalks for our two dogs. I would definitely recommend renting with CLV Group - Daphne, Taelor, and Sean have all been so friendly and informative.

  I could not believe how amazing and well done the inside of the properties were at Elmridge. The kitchens were absolutely gorgeous! My experience was amazing and it was all thanks to Daphne. She was so helpful with anything i wanted to know.

  Haven't moved in yet but we are so excited. We have already had incredible service and the townhouse is beautiful. The entire process to apply was very easy and we feel very welcome. The cherry on top was working with Daphne. She has been nothing but amazing :) Can't wait for move in day!!
