  Ok hotel. Nothing special. Beds were fine. The rooms had a kinda weird smell to them that wasn't the best. The breakfast was straight up bad in my opinion. Everything was clean and pretty new nothing to complain about too much. The front desk workers were very nice!

  Location is right beside the Queen's way and it is fairly loud but not extremly loud.. the rooms are wee bit small but they are clean and comfortable. The gentleman that checked us in was very nice and very helpful.

  A simple little hotel that was in the right place at the right price. We had to spend the night in Ottawa due to a hospital visit, and the Comfort inn was nearby and cheap. Happily, when we got checked-in the room was nice and clean if not huge. The bed was comfy and the complimentary continental breakfast was better than expected.

  Even though I confirmed with the hotel my room requests before arriving we had to make changes. Su at the desk is not a friendly man. My room keys did not work. Tried 3 different sets and then the lock was reprogrammed. Rooms very clean, location is great, quiet area.

Hotel is easy enough to get to, Ottawa traffic kinda sucks though. There's nothing spectacular about the hotel, it's close to the highway and pretty central for getting to any major destination.
