  OUTSTANDING! The "artists" at Carstar Ottawa South (Leitrim South) continue to impress. These are the only folk I trust my motorcars with, and they are experts (regardless of ridiculous negative claims that make no sense). I've been taking my vehicles here for years, because I want the job done right the first time... which they do consistently. To a person they are excellent to work with, and if I could give them more than 5 stars, I would certainly do so! -- JT, Nepean

  Excellent service from Brian, brought my car in Monday for front end paint warranty on my 2012 Honda Civic Si, excellent service start to finish, Brian was very good with updating and making sure I was satisfied. I picked my car up late at night and after I checked the paint the next day I noticed some scratches that stood out a lot, contacted Brian, he had my car back in that same day and had the scratches removed. Thanks again Brian.

  Very happy with the service and customer care. Wish all dealers could work for their customers like this. I was really happy with Brian's level of experience and patience with my repair - not condescending at all! He was extremely considerate and explained the repairs in detail to my father who came to pick up the car later on - he was also impressed with the level of service.

  These guys were fantastic. Everything was done in a timely manner. I didn't have to do anything, they took care of everything. The work they did was also some of the best I've seen (sad to say i've been in a few accidents). I would absolutely recommend the shop to all of my friends and family. Also just a note, I don't think the people that gave negative reviews, understands the repair process and/or the guidelines that these shops have to follow in order to satisfy insurance companies. All in all, great team and I would go back.
