  9Round West Orleans has not only become a routine excerise place for me but a place that I miss dearly when travel and work interferes in my schedule. Not only because I miss working out, which I do at least 3x a week but because I miss my 9Round Peeps! The trainers have become such great friends, which makes working out fun! 30min and I am done! Where else can I burn close to 600 calories in 30min?? Everyone has time for 30min right?

  I love this location. Everyone is bilingual, the gym is clean, the trainers are friendly and they remember your name and I love the 30 minute work out!!

  It’s a fast workout that fits within a very hectic life and schedule! I have 3 busy kids and own my own company and there’s never an excuse good enough not to go to 9Round for a 30 min workout. The trainers are exceptional and feel more like friends then anything else. The workout always changes and they’re always there to help you, motivate you and challenge you through it. I’ve been a gym rat at other places and worked out everywhere from gyms, to pools to my own home set up but no where has given me the motivation and schedule to get so much out of such a fun workout. I’m 6 months in to my membership and still wish I could go more then 3-4 times a week.

  I highly recommend this location. Both coaches are engaged & high energy throughout. I’ve boxed a little & want to continue that along with increasing my cardio. I’m not a huge fan of the kicks but they do help with the overall fitness level increase. Great job guys! I signed up after my first 30 minute 9round!

  AWESOME gym with amazing trainers who will keep you pumped and motivated! 30 minute format means your workout is maximized and quick. Everyone here is super friendly and fun! Great workout every time, and with your very own personal trainers to keep you going.
