My mother passed away this past weekend. She had been at Garry Armstrong for just over a year. Having Dementia she was on the third floor..the staff was kind and caring, sometimes having to put up with a very difficult patient. Hats off to the work you do..

My Mother has dimentia and has lived at Garry J Armstrong since 2011. The staff and volunteers at this facility are and always have been the best of the best. I would hope to be placed there if I personally ever need long term care. They are the cadillac of care in Ottawa, they are mandated and succeed at delivering top notch care. All due respect to anyone who judges this facility on one incident, that in my view isn't as it seemed, you have no idea what you are talking about.

My mother has received excellent care from kind, well trained staff since her admittance in 2011. The incident of a rogue employee punching a resident was an extreme anomaly and should not be used to judge this first rate long term care home.
