  I had an excellent experience working with Sylvain Bourgon!! He is truly more than a 5 star!! I couldnt be more happier. Sylvain is an amazing realtor, he helped me find and purchase my first home. He is always available RIGHT AWAY to show you houses, to awnser any questions, to give you good advice and even and informe you on anything you need to know. He really takes the time to get you what you want and is more focus on your needs and guding you in purchasing a good home then closing the deal. His experience knowledge was very helpful since it was my first time buying and I am really happy i had to opportunity to have him help and guide me in purchasing my first home. He really is the best.

  Sylvain is truly the BEST in the business! He's done a fantastic job with both purchasing and selling two separate homes of mine. Can't recommend him enough. He's always available to talk to and can answer any questions you may have and makes the whole sales and purchasing process a breeze. He's with you every step of the way.
  
  Our last home sold in 2 days time for over asking price! Talk about quick turn around.

  This is the first time we have worked with Sylvain and, to say the least, we were impressed with his integrity and talent to understand the real estate market.   Returning from overseas my wife and I were limited in time and apparently differing in opinions on what we each wanted in a home. After searching several listings and armed with a sheet of possibilities, Sylvain patiently drove us from house to house, offering advice and neighbourhood insights. While our hopes faded, Sylvain recognized our mutual wants and needs, in a way before we did ourselves, and showed us listings that were perfect. We ended up with a home that was not even on the market at the time as Sylvain was able to reach into his vast contact base and deliver us our dream home.
  The service didn't end there, Sylvain provided assistance in the inspection process, ad hoc purchase agreements on equipment, advice on a vast array of home systems just to mention a few examples.
  I recommend Sylvain and his team for any realtor needs one may have as I would not hesitate to engage his services again. Thanks Sylvain. GG
