  I can't give enough praise to Stonebridge. I was having trouble with my water quality and pressure. Pierre came to my home within a day of contacting him, in the evening, to run some tests. Rather than suggesting I buy his equipment, he suggested the problem might be related to a plumbing issue and to try the low cost route prior to spending big bucks on an entirely new water treatment system. In the end, Pierre's suspicion proved correct and I didn't need to change my current water treatment system at all. My experience with Pierre and Stonebridge demonstrated to me he has his clients' best interests at heart. I would not hesitate to recommend Pierre and he'll be the first person I contact in the future for my water needs.

  Generally, I don't have a lot of respect for the water treatment industry. I find many of them use shaddy marketing tactics and take advantage of customers lack of knowledge to sell them overpriced items given that we customers don't have much reference points to gauge how much these solutions are worth.
  
  Recently I had a problem with my relatively new Fleck water softener that I had bought online. I made a first call to one of the few Ottawa water treatment companies. They said they'll look at it for a minimum fee of $170. Then I found Stonebridge and called them. They started by offering me a fair price so I went for it.
  
  A lot of things were "out of norm" and commendable about my experience with Stonebridge. First I think it's worth mentioning that I made the call 2 days before Christmas. They could have said hey you didn't buy it here, sorry but we're swamped with our own customers at this time of the year - they didn't.
  
  They showed genuine empathy and went out of their way to squeeze me in. As it happens every year, last minute urgent calls came on the following day and all technicians suddenly became overbooked with regular customers.
  
  You know what? The owner came himself! He should have spent 1/2 hour max at my place but my unit had some weird uncommon issues so he end up spending way more than that. Problem may be with my plumbing - nothing to do with what he was here to fix. He said I'll pay him when we get to the bottom of it and have it working.
  
  I am out of words to express how impressed I am with Peter and the way he runs his company. We don't see service like this anymore. I generally don't write reviews but whenever we are privileged to receive service that is exceptional, clearly out of norm, I think it is our duty to let people know. Peter is definitely in that league. Don't hesitate to call him.

  Nous avons acheté le système Osmose K5 en 2012. J'ai remplacé le filtre en mars 2013. Depuis ce temps très satisfaite de la qualité de l'eau. Décembre 2017 je dois changer le filtre. Le filtre a eu une durée de vie de + de quatre ans.

  If you are looking for Kinetico equipment these are the guys to deal with. I had Pierre and his guys out to my house a year and a half ago to install a Kinetico K5 reverse osmosis system for me. I have it hooked up to my fridge and has been working great and I am super happy with it. Last week I had them back to install a Kinetico water softener for me. I had limited space in my well room and needed a solution that would meet the space requirements, my water quality and used as little salt as possible. Ended up installing a Kinetico twin tank system so I always have soft water and is a compact unit that uses very little salt to regen. The guys had it installed in a couple hours and has been working great since.
  If you are a Costco member you can get a cash back card through Costco for buying and having your Kinetico equipment installed by Stonebridge Water Tech which is also a bonus.
