(February 16, 2019, 1:25 pm)Had a great Chicken Shawarma sandwich. I love Lebanese food, and it is evident here that the owners and key staff are Lebanese. Impressive to find this kind of restaurant-style quality and freshness at a food court! While other food court restaurants just sell "plastic" food, these guys are not a franchise, so they have actual fresh food. When I complimented the staff on this, they gave me a tour of the kitchen. The walk-in cooler in particular was a revelation: full of fresh fruits and vegetables, and super clean. I've never seen that in a restaurant. This more than anything convinced me that it was more than worth paying a couple of bucks more than you would pay at any of the franchise outlets. Recommended!
