If you are looking for great service and quality products this is a must shop place. I had the pleasure of dealing with Jessica. I have a mini dachshund that eats raw. They are one of the few stores that carry Big Country Raw dog food. Jessica was knowledgeable about their products and helpful in choosing things for Kefli. It is also great to know that Rens is Canadian owned. Now more than ever we need to support Canadian businesses like Rens! Shop Canadian! ??????

Pet stores can feel expensive and sometimes you really need assistance. Ren's has great sales and the employees are extremely knowledgeable and willing to help. Keep your eye on their sales and you'll get some pretty great deals. Ask for assistance if you need it and they'll help you out.

Ren's Pets, Orléans is a great looking store. They have an extensive selection of pet foods and pet supplies. I was particularly impressed with the large assortment of grooming tools and products available. I mean, I have never seen such a great stock of specialized equipment. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable too. I think Ren's Pets will be a good addition to the area.
