(July 12, 2019, 8:53 pm)I have been going to this gym for close to a year now and I really like it for the most part. The gym is clean, large, and has many pieces of equipment!
The main issue that I have is the constant sales tactics even after you have become a member. When I was first interested in trying this gym I got the 3-day free trial with the expectation of being able to try out the equipment and get an overall feel of the gym and what it has to offer. On my first visit, I was held up but an employee for around an hour who continued to keep trying to get me to sign a membership even after being told numerous times that I want to try out the gym before making a decision.
Eventually I got to workout, but was a little frustrated with all the wasted time. The sales pressure didn't stop there. They would call me when I was at my house to try and sell the membership to me even more. You really have to be firm and just tell them no and either walk away or hang up because they will keep going on.
I did decide to get a membership because of the location and gym even though the sales pressure was upsetting. Every now and then I will be stopped by the door to have an employee try to get me to give my friends this amazing 3-day free trial. I would never do that to one of my innocent friends. -
