I have been a customer for approximately 10 years. They have good service and never had any significant problems. Over the years, a few shirts / pants came back not pressed adequately, but the store sent it back to be re-cleaned with no fuss. The other reason this isn't a 5 star review is because the technology used to itemize the clothes is really slow (slow printers, etc); buying better equipment would improve customer experience.
Brown's Cleaners is your typical small business, neighbourhood cleaners. They're friendly and convenient if you live in the Charlemagne/Portobello area of Orleans. They're not fancy but they get the job done. Weekdays open until 7.
