(February 1, 2020, 10:26 pm)For me it was an enjoyable experience to watch the injera being made and to know that the dark flour is made from teff and Barley and quinoa which is all so nutritious... I tried the white injera for the first time.. Both the white and the dark were delicious. I froze some as they told me then it was fine after microwaving... Enjoyed looking at the imported spices and the teacups spices. I will return and hope that one day I can learn how to make the sauces!
