No smiles with this service.
They should work on making clients feel comfortable and happy to be there.
Had to clean my own table BEFORE I could sit down with my own meal.
I think they owe me a tip for helping clean up someone’s else’s mess... just saying???? -

(February 20, 2019, 2:54 pm)Amazing cafe, one of my favourite in all of Ottawa. Very homey and friendly with delicious coffee and food. Feels a lot like a cafe you'd go to in Australia. Pay at the cash and then they bring your order to your table. Lots of delicious homemade pie options to take home as well!
