My wife arrived at 12 .30 and was told no x rays until 1 pm, the technician had to have his lunch! This had not been mentioned on the phone and is not on the web site. There was nowhere to put coats except the neighbouring chair, and just one boot tray for twenty people. By one thirty there wasn’t a seat left in the (basement ) waiting room and a forecast hour’s wait for an X-ray. My wife found the technican a little off hand.

Kudos to the gentleman working solo today, registering patients then proceeding with their x-rays. He maintained an exceptional level of customer service and friendliness during a rush. This made the overall experience for everyone waiting very pleasant. Thank you!
This CMA location is way better than some of their other locations in the city. It is clean, well organized, inviting and is very professionally run. The staff is friendly, informative, assistive, patient and extremely patient oriented. The receptionist is a real people person who is also extremely patient oriented, friendly, helpful and professional.
The only criticism is that, like all CMA and medical facilities, they lack any basic standard procedures or accessibility aids (i.e: accessible x-ray chair) to accommodation people with disabilities (wheelchair), but this is a criticism of CMA organization and not this staff.
