I highly recommend this place. I have had a couple of phones conk out on me and they were able to quickly identify the problem and have the phone back in full working order in less than an hour, at a reasonable price. -

My S9+ randomly stopped working, so I initially took it to Rogers.
Aside from Rogers' terrible customer service, they said it would take 10-business days, cost $800, and I would lose all my data.
So I walked across the street to Rideau Cellphone+. The guy said it was a software issue, and reset the phone at no charge.
Go to Rideau Cellphone+ at 1 Nicholas St. if there is any justice in this world, they'll get another customer while Rogers continues to be a dumpster fire.

(January 12, 2020, 4:11 am)The gentlemen at the shop fixed my badly cracked (shattered) iPhone screen in an hour and gave me great advice about what was needed to protect it in the future while clearly not trying to give me a sales job. Such a lovely experience going to this shop. They are obviously knowledgeable but explained everything clearly (to me as a technology Luddite) and they stand behind their work. Wonderful service.
