I've been coming here for a long time and the staff is always very courteous and very knowledgeable, I strongly recommend.

(March 27, 2019, 12:12 pm)This is one of those corner stone suppliers for my company (Fix It 2 Sell It). I get good prices and great service. The Baseline road location in Ottawa stands out: the manager, Napoleon, is the best I've dealt with in any store. I don't recall any other manager calling me up and asking me of everything was going well, and to inform me of specials.
I get personal service, and never any issues. I love it when I call to place an order, and the person in the phone recognizes me and asks me house I'm doing, etc... I think Napoleon should get promoted into manager training because he truly stands out above the others. Makes me feel guilty when I buy paint elsewhere. :-D
