Had the most comfortable experience dealing with Ruth and Denis. I came in with a short deadline and they never made me feel like I was taking too much of their time. Ruth replied to every email I sent on time (which makes a lot of difference with our new normal way of living). This was my first time buying this kind of ring and I had a change of mind on the design a couple of times. Once we easily scheduled a time and date, Denis and Ruth welcomed us into their cozy home on a winter day. They got to know us as a couple before asking us details about the ring, which felt really special and different from the rest of our experiences. We knew that with Denis' many years in ring making that he was the one we wanted to create this forever gift. During our discussions about the vision of the engagement ring, they listened to our needs and added their expertise and advice through it all. They reassured us of the quality, price and process and left nothing out. We left our appointment feeling excited and even more in love! Ruth quickly sent us the quote with the details and we did not hesitate to accept. Throughout the entire process, my fiance was kept up to date and confirm various elements (as I was left to be surprised for the final touches). Even through a pandemic, Denis and Ruth were able to guarantee us the perfect ring on time for the proposal. When the proposal came and my fiance opened the ring box, the ring was so beautiful I couldn't even look at it. We went with a solitaire, Charles and Colvard Forever One Moissanite with a hidden gallery. Thank you Denis for your craftsmanship. We could NOT be HAPPIER! We are so happy to have selected a local business and we will certainly be asking them to make our wedding bands.
