(April 11, 2019, 12:14 am)Frozen septic line. Was not able to fix the problem. Suspect he used wrong technique or equipment because "brand new" hose blew up during procedure. Next day called another company, they had the right equipment and fixed the problem right away. May be fine for routine plumbing jobs, but does not have knowledge or experience to deal with more serious plumbing issues.
Update: Mr. Diguer contacted me (one month later) to apologize for what happened and offered to refund part of the bill (better late than never). -
