(March 1, 2021, 6:20 pm)NutriChem had a specific product I was looking for, so I visited their Carling location (which is beautiful, by the way). I was impressed with the customer service I received while in the store (kind, knowledgeable and no pressure), even though I didn't end up purchasing anything at the time.
A couple weeks later, and because of the positive impression, I made a purchase through their website (for in-store pick-up) and was, again, very happy with the level of service I received.
It's evident that they truly care about customer feedback (and are responsive to it), and it's my pleasure to give a five-star review that reflects this.
I'm already a strong proponent for supporting small, local businesses, and even more so during the pandemic. I'm so happy to be able to support a company like NutriChem, which has proven, on more than one occasion, to be deserving of my business. -
