(December 19, 2022, 6:03 pm)I am fortunate to know Lainy for 5 years. Taking her Qigong classes helped me in different ways. Improved sleep, better mobility, enhanced immunity are only a few advantages that I noticed from the start. I have included Qigong movements in my morning routine for a fresh start of the day. Lately, I have done the Soma Breath workshop. Such a great way of getting energized by breathing or learning how to relax your mind and connected it with your body. Lainey voice was so smooth and relaxing while counting on the soft music inviting you to calm the mind and let go all the negative energies. I had classes in person and on-line with the same great benefit. Just try it to get your Qi flowing!

(October 28, 2022, 6:43 pm)I was fortunate enough to do an in-person breath workshop with Lainy. What a treat after the last 2 years! It was magnificent to connect to the breath in a calm and relaxed atmosphere. I had a sinus pressure headache due to barometric pressure changes which resolved after the session and I could breathe clearly. I was grateful for Lainy's direct and thoughtful approach.
