(February 9, 2019, 8:54 pm)We did their Saturday butchery course with Chef Jonathan and it was fantastic! We learned a ton, the guest butcher Andy did a great job and all the staff were very accessible for questions etc. The food we prepared and enjoyed as a class was incredibly delicious, I would definitely recommend this course to anyone who is not a vegetarian!!

(February 20, 2015, 5:29 am)I've said for years that love is the secret ingredient in great food, and these folks prove it. Classes are good size, get enough instruction, but also enough freedom to explore learn and experiment. Chef Anna and Chef Fiona are fantastic teachers, really help you understand the how and why. You can tell all the staff really love what they do, it shows in their teaching methods and in their food. Wish we had a place like this back home, but if we ever visit Ottawa again, this will be on the list for sure. Thank you for a wonderful fun and yummy evening.
