I had excellent service on line then I had questions so I called their 800 number and got clear answers. I ordered euros etc.

However later I went to a mall to shop and I noted another currency exchange firm that had somewhat better rates. On 500 euros it was 3$ cheaper at this other exchange. It is not much change but on amounts it does make a difference on huge sums. I hope they can meet other firms’ rates in the future. The Swiss franks were the same cost by the way.

This place is always worked perfectly for me, you get a good deal if you order online in advance which is what I always do. It's convenient to pick up; if you park on the east side of the mall on the upper level you can walk right in at the food court and the kiosk is just to your left.
